Individual & Group Releases

If any person(s) in your photograph is recognizable, you must submit with your Image an Individual or Group release form signed by that person or those persons. If the subject(s) is unrecognizable you do not need to submit an Individual or Group release form.

Artist Release

In the event original works of art appear in the Image, you must submit with your Image an artist release form signed by the artist or the third party copyright holder.

Location Release

In the event the Image is taken on or within private property you must provide a Location Release signed by the owner(s) of the property.
