ISM Global Creations Inc. has the right to substitute the prizes at equal, greater or less value without notice. Prizes are not transferable and no cash equivalent will be offered.

Winners

Prize winners will be notified of their win, in writing within 60 days of judging, either by mail or e-mail. Winners will be given 48 hours to accept the prize before another grand prize, first, second or third prize winners are selected. Prizes will be sent within 120 days after the closing contest date through Canada Post and will include those delivery guarantees provided by Canada Post Corporation. Duty and Custom fees will be the responsibility of prize recipients.

Winning Images and Honourable Mentions will be published online on September 21, 2009. Images selected to be published in the Coffee Table Book will be acknowledged in the book.
